Pump Stations

Finn Valley has completed works on the construction and fit out of Water, Wastewater & Sewer Pump Stations including pumps, tank, piping and valve system, installation of accessories, lids, ladders, vent stacks and monitoring and control equipment.

These works include access to the area including access tracks hardstands, bollards, gates and concrete apron or kerb returns. The construction has been either precast pump station or cast in situ by our reputable concrete team, that FRP all components to the required design and specifications.

We have worked in water charged ground and in unsuitable soil types without issue due to our safe work procedures we are prepared and capable of working in water charged ground, acid sulphate soils, possible acid sulphate soils, rock and aaturally occurring asbestos. Our workers are licenced to work in confined spaces and we have ticketed workers licenced in the supervision of asbestos removal and removal of non-friable asbestos.

Finn Valley have constructed pump stations that house chemical dosing facilities to building specifications with emergency tank storage overflow in various materials. These complex structures are managed by our engineering team with our professional project management style and our subcontractor onboarding, to ensure the various trades are prepared to make a construction of this nature work seamlessly.

Pump station refurbishments are also available to our clients as we are able to conduct a full removal, pump-out, clean, where possible repair concrete and replace pumps. Prior to recoating the well and completing a refit of the pump station and replacing the damaged or corroded components.
